Fat Cat Desserts started out solely with family in mind. Being stuck indoors posed new challenges, especially for her workaholic family. And so baking became a way to provide a bit of comfort to her loved ones amidst the chaos. Erica learned how to bake during the pandemic, and with a lot of perseverance Fat Cat Desserts came to life.
